Dr. Minnillo received his Bachelor’s of Science and Doctorate in Dental Surgery degrees from The Ohio State University. Joining his father’s practice in 1991, he established our modern cutting edge dental practice. According to him, “Practicing modern dentistry in a comfortable, casual office setting has been a pleasure for both patients and me. Helping the dental phobic patient lose their anxiety and become confident in the dental office setting is one of the most rewarding accomplishments that I get to experience.” Having a love for the outdoors, Dr. Minnillo enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, hiking, mountain biking with his two boys, and camping with his family.

Melissa works in our Hygiene Department and has been in the field for over 25 years, which shows in her quality of patient care! Her favorite part of the job is making a positive impact in the world, one patient and smile at a time! She enjoys educating patients and learning from them as well! When taking a break from hygiene, she loves spending time with her family, and vacationing in the tropics with her husband!

Jeanne is part of our Clinical Team and excels at her job as Dental Assistant. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients feel as comfortable as possible while they’re here and try to help ease any dental anxiety. Any time she is away from the office, she loves spending time with her grandson and great- niece. If it’s summertime, you can find her at the campground!

Linda is part of our Clinical Team and couldn’t imagine being in any other field! Her favorite part of the job is how rewarding the restorative aspect of dentistry can be, in making a huge difference for a patient’s confidence. Outside the office, when the warm weather comes, you’ll find her boating on Lake Erie with her husband or spending time with her family!
